RENTAL DETAILS
Abigail Harding Auditorium​​

The Abigail Harding Auditorium is great for weddings, birthdays, graduations, & more

Rental Fees

All Day (8am-11pm)    $250.00​​
Includes 2-hour setup night prior if available

Five Hour Period (8am-11pm)  $175.00
Setup and cleanup included in rental time

A $100 (cash, credit, or personal check) non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your rental reservation.

Balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

Major credit card is required at time of reservation to gurantee payment and/or damages to property from event.

Rental Includes

-Seating for a maximum of 120 guests
-Rental includes tables & chairs available in auditorium
-Use of coffee makers and serving carafes
-Use of serving kitchenette with warming oven, dishwasher & refrigerator
-Guest WIFI included
-Use of Grand Piano (approved musician only)
-Free parking in rear, handicap accessible auditorium
-Handicapped Access and Restrooms

Available for Additional Fees

-Use of seperate Bride's & Groom's dressing rooms on second floor
-Use of Historic Dining Room
-Use of Front Porch and lawn (chair rental & setup/ takedown at renter's additional expense)
-Use of Historic Home living room, entry and staricase for portraits
-Women's Club Home representative on site during hours of event &   evening prior to event
-Setup and Breakdown
-Club staff for clean-up duty

We have available, upon request, lists of approved decorators, caterers, chair and tent rental companies.


Liability Insurance: We suggest you contact your insurance company to protect youself and the Women's Club Home from lawsuits resulting from property damage, bodily injury, and other incidents during your event. The small fee is well worth your peace of mind knowing you are covered.
